The drive north from Kelowna.
SilverStar Mountain Resort is 74 km (46 mi) from Kelowna, BC. The fastest route by car takes approximately 1¼ hours with good road conditions and moderate traffic.
The drive follows Highway 97 north through the Okanagan’s orchards and lakefront towns to Vernon, then climbs Silver Star Road up the mountain to the Village. In winter, carry chains and check conditions — the last 22 km are alpine.

Daily scheduled shuttle services run from Kelowna International Airport (YLW) to Silver Star. Vehicles are prepared for mountain driving with ample room for equipment, and all operators are licensed to transport you.
